Book an introductory 30 minute chat via Zoom with Vicki. This brief chat allows you a chance to meet Vicki and get a feel for if she is the right counsellor for you. It also allows Vicki to find out a bit more information, explain how she works and discuss her availability etc. There is no obligation or commitment to proceed if you don't feel Vicki is right for you, so what have you got to lose?
Cancellation Policy
For introductory sessions: Only one booking per new enquiry. Introductory sessions are for 30 minutes. Please be aware that once you have spoken to Vicki you cannot rebook an introductory session. Please ensure you provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange this appointment or you will still be charged. For Online sessions and In Person Sessions: Please ensure you provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange your appointments or you will still be charged. For block bookings please be aware they are non refundable, your credits are valid for 12 months so please ensure you use them all up in time.
