Service Description
Book an introductory 50 minute chat via Zoom with Vicki at a discounted rate. This introductory chat allows you a chance to meet Vicki and get a feel if she is the right counsellor for you. It also allows Vicki to find out a bit more information, explain how she works and discuss her availability etc. There is no obligation or commitment to proceed if you don't feel Vicki is right for you, so what have you got to lose?
Cancellation Policy
For introductory sessions: Only one booking per new enquiry. Introductory sessions are for 30 or 50 minutes. Please be aware that once you have spoken to Vicki you cannot rebook an introductory session - it will be cancelled and you will not be refunded. Please ensure you provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange this appointment or you will still be charged. After your initial chat with Vicki, if you wish to book in further sessions you will need to complete an online form first. Vicki will discuss this with you during your introductory chat. Block bookings: Please be aware block bookings are non refundable. Please be aware your credits are valid for no more than 12 months from the date of purchase, so please ensure you use all your credits up in that time.
